- More Cases of Multiple Offer Situations (everyone wanting the same home)
- Shorter Market Times (# of days for sale)
- Tons of New Construction

So, what should you expect? Basically last year amplified—meaning continued low inventory & higher prices.
Buyers: Be ready to make moves. Homes will get picked up quickly. Be prepared, do your homework & team up with someone who knows what they’re doing—like me! (Ahem, may I suggest also attending Sip & Learn?)
Sellers & landlords: Lucky you—you’ll likely be sitting pretty in a market like this! If priced well & marketed properly (by yours truly) you should be under contract in no time.
Renting: Start thinking. With an abundance of new apartment buildings being constructed, rents are likely to rise yet again, so maybe ease up on brunching & think about the future life you want to live.
